Refund policy

You may return your order within 30 days from the original date of receipt. If you are unwilling or unable to return the item within this 30-day period, your return request will be denied. We are not liable for any missing items, damages, or incorrect orders reported after 30 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support team by emailing hello@am-yo.com
 and clearly indicate whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement. Return requests submitted without prior authorization will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unused, unmodified, and unaltered, with all original packaging included and properly secured in suitable shipping packaging. Products with opened seals may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, certain health and personal care items are strictly non-returnable.

All returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our Customer Support team. Returns sent to any other address will be refused. You are required to confirm the correct return address prior to shipment and provide a valid tracking number clearly showing the approved return destination. Failure to provide valid tracking information may result in the denial of your refund.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price minus any shipping and handling fees within 30 days of receipt at the return facility.

All return shipping arrangements and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and in the original transaction currency. The time required for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider. Any differences due to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

We do not issue refunds for orders that are not received due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Refunds or reshipments will only be considered if the shipping carrier officially classifies the package as undeliverable and the address provided was accurate. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
