1 By using the Site and the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow one of your minor dependents to use this Site. If you are under the age of majority or are accessing this site from a country where such material is prohibited, please leave the site now as you do not have proper authorization and your continued use of the site will be in violation of these terms. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer services to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria at any time.

2 As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by the laws of your jurisdiction (including, without limitation, copyright laws). You are responsible for all your activities related to the services.

Products, Orders, and Shipping – Terms & Conditions


Product Display (2.1):
 We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that the product received will exactly match the display on your device.
Order Placement (2.2):
 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Order Confirmation (2.3):
 Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Order Rejection (2.4):
 We may reject or limit quantities of any order without obligation to provide a reason. Where possible, notification will be sent via the provided email address.
Product Expectations (2.5):
 We do not guarantee that products or services will meet all expectations or that any errors will be corrected.
Customer Responsibility (2.6):
 By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available. Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Address (2.7):
 If an incomplete or incorrect shipping address is provided, we will attempt to contact you. Orders will be held for up to 25 days pending correction; otherwise, they will be canceled. The company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect address details.
Delivery Restrictions (2.8):
 We do not ship to PO boxes or packing stations. If necessary, we will request an alternative address. Failure to provide one may result in order cancellation.
Pricing and Costs (2.9 – 2.11):
Prices do not include shipping or additional charges such as customs or taxes.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and other factors.
Delivery Timeframes (2.12):
 Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days; however, delays may extend delivery up to 30 days due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Damage (2.13):
 While we aim to prevent damage, we are not liable for damage during transit. Customers must report issues promptly and may be required to provide photo or video evidence.
Non-Delivery Claims (2.14):
 Claims for undelivered items must be submitted after 30 days but within 90 days of shipment. Investigations will be conducted, and confirmed cases may result in reshipment or refund.
Intended Use (2.15):
 Products are intended for personal use only and are not suitable for commercial or professional applications.

Return and Replacement Policy


Return Period (3.1):
 Customers may return their order within 30 days from the date of initial receipt. Returns requested or sent after this 30-day period will not be accepted. The Company is not responsible for missing items, damages, or incorrect orders reported after this timeframe.
Return Process (3.2):
 To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service team by email using the contact details provided below.
Contact Method:
 Returns must be requested by sending an email to the designated customer support email address. When contacting Customer Support, please clearly indicate whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
Condition of Returned Items (3.3):
 All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging included and properly packed.
 Please note that certain items cannot be returned if seals have been opened due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Return Authorization & Address (3.4):
 Items must be returned only to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
 Customers must confirm the correct return address prior to shipping and provide a valid tracking number showing the correct destination in order for the return to be processed.
Inspection & Refund Processing (3.5):
 Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected. If approved, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued within 30 days.
Return Costs & Fees (3.6):
 Customers are responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs. A handling fee of €5 (or equivalent local currency) will be deducted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method (3.7):
 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and currency. Processing times may vary depending on the card issuer.
 Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable.
Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address (3.8):
 Refunds will not be issued for orders not received due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
 Refunds or reshipments will only be considered if the shipping carrier classifies the package as undeliverable and the address provided was correct.
 If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and filing a claim.

Intellectual Property Rights & Feedback


Ownership of Intellectual Property (4.1):
 All intellectual property rights in and to the Company’s business, technology, products, and materials remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, the website, products, software, designs, concepts, methodologies, models, templates, algorithms, trade secrets, processes, source code, structure, layout, “look and feel,” images, text, graphics, data, documentation, and any related materials or improvements.
 All trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, and branding elements (whether registered or unregistered), including but not limited to “Gogadgets WIFI,” are owned or controlled by the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Restrictions on Use (4.2):
 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, you are granted no rights or licenses, whether express or implied, to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercialize any part of the Company’s website, products, or intellectual property.
 You may not copy, transfer, sell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the Company’s intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
 No rights are granted to use any of the Company’s trademarks, trade names, service marks, or branding in any manner.
